HydroPixPro is an AI-powered creation platform that uses large language and generative models, including (but not limited to) Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5, OpenAI GPT-5.2, OpenAI GPT Image 1, OpenAI Sora 2, Google Gemini 3 Pro, and Google Gemini Nano Banana. The list of models powering the platform may change at any time.
AI is not perfect. Outputs generated by HydroPixPro (websites, games, planners, images, code, copy, recommendations, answers in the ASK feature, etc.) may contain factual errors, hallucinations, broken or insecure code, accessibility issues, biased or inappropriate content, copyright-adjacent material, security flaws, or other problems that require human review before any production, commercial, medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical use.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, fact-checking, modifying, and approving every output before publishing it, sharing it, deploying it, or relying on it. You are also responsible for ensuring your prompts and outputs comply with applicable laws, third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, and personality rights), sanctions, export controls, and the acceptable-use policies of the underlying AI providers.
No professional advice. Nothing produced by HydroPixPro constitutes legal, financial, medical, tax, psychological, engineering, or other professional advice. Always consult a qualified human professional before acting on AI output in any regulated domain.
Service availability & changes. Upstream AI providers may change pricing, rate-limit, deprecate, or remove models with little notice. We may need to switch providers or models at any time. We do not guarantee uninterminated availability, identical outputs across runs, or that any specific model will remain available.
No warranty / limitation of liability. HydroPixPro and its operators provide the service “as is” and disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of AI-generated content, including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or third-party claims.
By creating an account or using HydroPixPro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt to bypass credit limits, or generate prohibited content.
Credits are consumed when you generate content or use the ASK feature. Credits are non-refundable once consumed. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and revert to Free immediately on cancellation. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis via the Support page.
You may not use HydroPixPro to generate illegal content, child sexual abuse material, targeted harassment, malware, content that infringes intellectual property, or content that violates the usage policies of the underlying AI providers. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate this policy.
You own the inputs you submit and the outputs you generate, subject to the rights of underlying AI providers and applicable law. You grant HydroPixPro a limited license to store, process, and display your content as needed to operate the service.
Projects you publish are hosted on a your-slug.hydropix.prosubdomain by default. You may attach your own custom domain at any time from the project settings. We may suspend hosting for projects that violate these Terms.
We store the data needed to run HydroPixPro: your account info (email, hashed password, avatar), your prompts, generated outputs, projects, credit balance, payment records (via Stripe), support tickets, and basic usage logs.
Third parties. Prompts and content are sent to the AI providers powering the relevant feature (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) for the sole purpose of generating your output, subject to those providers' privacy policies. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
We do not sell your data and do not use your private prompts to train our own models.
Your rights. You can export, modify, or delete your data at any time from Settings or by contacting Support. Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Cookies. We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not run third-party advertising cookies on the platform.
